This research appears to have been supported by JSPS Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (20H02982 and 19J13330). It is said that the true identity of apple honey is a volatile substance (aroma component) that emits a rich aroma. According to research, it seems that in honey apples, ethanol, an alcoholic substance, accumulates from the honey part to the surrounding area, and fermentation metabolism progresses to produce ethyl esters, which are "fragrance ingredients". Professor Wada explains, "More than 90% of plants are water, and if we measure the movement of water, we can understand the growth process of plants.'' Also, the human body is mostly made up of water. Water accounts for about 90% of the body weight of a fetus, about 75% of a newborn, about 70% of a child, about 60-65% of an adult, and 50-55% of an elderly person, although there are differences in gender and age. The human body consists of more than 100 trillion cells, and about two-thirds of the water, which accounts for about 65% of body weight, resides in these cells. The remaining one-third is in the intercellular fluid and blood that exist between cells, each of which works to sustain life. Plant cell walls are also composed of water absorbed from leaves-Discovered by a new method using two types of heavy water. Oxygen and hydrogen in cellulose, which are the main components of cell walls, originate from water absorbed from conventional roots. There is a reason why it has been considered. In the research, we are conducting experiments to absorb different amounts of heavy water from the roots and leaves of Japanese cedar seedlings. As a result, it seems that part of the oxygen and hydrogen in the cellulose formed during and immediately after rainfall originated from water absorbed by the leaves. As an overview, the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute of the National Research and Development Agency for Forest Research and Development has reported that some of the oxygen and hydrogen (e.g. O and H in cellulose ((C6H10O5)n) that make up the cell walls of vascular plants) found to be of water origin absorbed from Oxygen and hydrogen, which constitute photosynthesis, cellulose and sugar, have been thought to originate from water absorbed by the roots. However, recent research has revealed that the amount of water that plants absorb through their leaves cannot be ignored compared to the amount of water absorbed through their roots. Therefore, the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute of Japan made the roots of cedar seedlings absorb either 2H2O (deuterated water), which contains many isotopes of oxygen with a large mass number, or heavy water, which contains many isotopes of hydrogen with a large mass number. It seems that the origin of oxygen and hydrogen that constitute cellulose was investigated by absorbing the other from the leaves. As a result, most of the leaf cellulose oxygen and hydrogen formed during and immediately after rainfall was of water origin absorbed from the leaves, and conversely most of the root cellulose oxygen and hydrogen was absorbed from the roots. It seems that the ratio of both water origin and wood cellulose is about half and half. Photosynthesis shows future possibilities, published online May 11, 2022 in Tree Physiology.

Stem length and thickness are medium, and the presence or absence of crust is absent. The shape of the fruit is circular, the size is small, the color of the flesh is yellowish white, the browning is weak, the hardness is firm, the flesh is slightly dense, the honey content is small, the sweetness is high, the sourness is medium, and the astringency is astringent. Very weak, moderate aroma, more or less juicy, seeds oblong in shape and large in size. Germination and flowering are early, and maturity is early October in growing areas. The results are early and late, slightly less late fruit drop, normal storage, refrigerated storage and mildew development. Compared to "Senshu apples'', it has no crust and large seeds. It is said that it will be done.



Apples with honey that have a rounded buttocks and a well-colored skin on the buttocks seem to be good. If the top is red but the bottom is green, it's not completely ripe, so it's likely to have a strong sour taste. Also, if you look at the buttocks through the sun, it is good to have a slightly transparent look. Also, even if the apple is the same size, it should feel heavy when you hold it in your hand. The fruit juice is tightly packed and there is a high possibility that it contains honey.
